Virtual guide around the new office in Abu Dhabi

Dear partners! 

As you know we have moved to a new office! The necessity of changes was obvious – there’d become more of us, the level of company had become higher, the priorities had changed and even more ambitious targets had been set. New modern business center with specious offices where we've occupied the whole floor fitted us the best. It’s ADCP building, tower C, 17th floor – you’re welcome! 

The left part of the office is occupied by those people who directly communicate with clients, partners, investors, who develop and support the business. 

At the entrance in the cozy reception zone you are met by Anna – our new office manager. She’s recently joined our team but already succeed to win the staff with her positive! Moreover everything is in the ideal order under her supervision. 

If you need to wait for someone – please, take a seat! Here you can find one of our terminals and the information rack with the materials about the company in Russian, Arabic and English languages. You may use the terminal and take a copy of brochure for yourself. Would you like coffee or tea? 

When going down the hall you will see four doors. 

The left door leads to the most “sociable” department of our company, where often several languages together can be heard. It’s the call-center. The voices of its employees are the first that our clients hear when they phone the company. 

No matter why you call – need information, or have difficulty or a question – they will solve everything, wish you a nice day and definitely help! 

Behind the next door people also often speak different languages – it’s the sales managers’ department. 

They are rarely all at the office – their work is connected with often departures, communication with the owners of outlets, placing the terminals and making new contracts. 

The right door is the department of business development of Taunigma FZE. Intense daily work is focused on the prosperity of the company! Here the news and blogs are written, mailings and sceneries for mini-films about the company are created, translations and verification of the materials sent by partners are made, marketing events are developed, and training videos are made. Moreover this department provides the online clients’ support and legal support of the company’s work. 

The last door on the right leads to the meeting room. It’s the place for all the discussions, heated debates, meetings, teleconferences and plans.

It’s usually very silent in the right part of the office. No clients come here, no reception and no place for waiting are organized. Here’s just a cozy kitchen for local staff and a coffee machine that is especially important for employees working there. During the breaks they often discuss things. However the extraneous ear will hardly understand everybody. 

The most difficult to understand are our software developers. When discussing the work they often start speaking an absolutely incomprehensible (even for an experienced linguist) language. 

Their office is the biggest, and the most inspiring view of the skyline and roofs of buildings somewhere far below is from the windows of this office. These genius people create everything you see on the terminal’s screen. Every button, link, application are in their competence.

Left door leads to the technical department where those who provide the constant workability of our terminals work. Technical specialists as well as their managers rarely are in the office, as the maintenance of terminals needs them to be at the place where the terminals are set up. 

Also here is the most hidden department of the company – the financial one. It seldom has any visitors. A lot of bills reports and documents… All these need great concentration, so it’s usually very silent here. 

Top management of NT.Payments system is (as it should be) in the very top of the business center. 24th floor is the place where Alexander Chub, Oxana Vishnichenko and Vasiliy Katriy – our directors – work, supervising the basic departments placed on the 17th floor. Let’s enter? 

Vasiliy Katriy is the managing director of Kiosk IT System Trading LLC company. “I like my office because of big windows through which there comes a lot of light. It charges me with positive! I can be alone, plunge into the work, think and plan. It makes my work much more efficient”. (c) 

Oxana Vishnichenko is the managing director of Taunigma FZE company. “I seldom stay in this office. My team works at the 17th, so I often go down. However, this office is necessary if I need extreme concentration for the work”. (c) 

And, finally, let us pay a visit to Alexander Chub. He works here the majority of his time. I wonder what is he doing at the moment. “Welcome! I’m just working under the project of modernization of our site. Soon it will be updated. I like my office – it’s the ideal place for working! And the view is perfect, isn’t it?” (c)

New Year batch

Dear partners! 

On the 1st of December 2014 another batch of payment terminals arrived successfully to the port of Abu Dhabi. 

180 new kiosks still smelling of factory dye were comfortably accommodated at our warehouse and already have been checked by the specialists of our company. 

This week the placing of new terminals to the outlets will be started on a predetermined schedule and according to the queue. 

We really hope that this New Year batch will become a source of high income for its owners, and every kiosk will acquire permanent payers!

Event in Al Salam

Dear partners! 

There are many closed labor camps in the Arab Emirates. There are several thousands of people living in such camps and every place is a kind of separate universe. People work, rest, cook together and also try to spend time interesting. Knowing how tired citizens are after work, administration of such places often organizes different parties and competitions to entertain people. 

We also visited one of these events. On 11th of September 2014 there was a dance competition in Al Salam Living City Labor Camp where 15 thousands people live. NT.Payments was one of the competition’s sponsors. 

Moreover we had one more reason to come to Al Salam – one week before the competition there had been 2 winning transactions of our “Top up your life with positive!” promotion one by one in 3 days. So we came with no empty hands but with presents! 

There are 9 terminals set up in this closed camp and they are of a great demand! International payments, connection services, shopping – all these are extremely demanded. 

Two hours before the event’s start our specialists (Roman, Nikolai, Farhan, Vasiliy, Irfan and Alexey) arrived in the camp and promoted a lottery. Everybody who used the terminals before the show and put his receipt into a special box would get a chance to win a prize. There was a furor made by this promotion and there was a long queue immediately organized; a lot of people were eager to participate. 

We were given a word in the very beginning of the competition. We told about the services of terminals and our company’s plans for future. After that we started handing presents. 

Casual viewer was invited from the audience and randomly pulled 5 receipts out of the box. Thunderous applause accompanied the announcement of each winner’s number. 

Moreover five most active users of NT.Payments terminals in Al Salam (due to the results of monitoring) were invited to the stage. They also got congratulations and present packages from the company! We couldn't even imagine that our clients will be so happy to get branded T-shirts, caps and cups! 

Separately we’d congratulated with a fresh positive life topping 43-years old Mohammed Ali from Pakistan and 35-years old Mushad Huri from India. They got present sets and 50 AED certificates to pay for services through our terminals. 

We also didn’t forget about the camp’s administration. Gratefully for their work, creativity, helpfulness and willingness to please the citizens of Al Salam we handed an NT.Payments present basket to the representative of administration

We stayed a bit longer and watched the dance show. 

Then we returned home with excellent mood! 

And we still remember the warmth, friendliness and a rare ability of Al Salam citizens to have fun!

Taunigma at the International Franchising Exhibition MENAFA

Dear partners! 

On 21st and 22nd of October in one of the most beautiful hotels in Dubai – Jumeirah Beach Hotel international franchising exhibition MENAFA took place. 

Taunigma that has recently become a member of this international association of franchisee also participated in this event, and it was the only one company that represented modern technologies of payments’ accepting.  
Bright stand and two terminals placed at it were attracting absolutely all the exhibition visitors. 

One more kiosk was at the entrance to the exhibition center. There were our representatives near it who were telling about this new way of payments’ accepting, handing brochures and inviting to visit the company’s stand. 

Also representatives of city7dubai TV-channel were interested in the product we offered. They interviewed general manager of Kiosk IT System Trading LLC Vasiliy Katriy. 

Vasiliy told journalists about NT.Payments terminals, about services available for paying, about clients of payment system, number of franchises already sold, and about the plans for setup for the following 2-3 years. You can find the interview here:

All the top managers and sales managers of Taunigma were working at the stand. They were communicating, consulting, telling about the company and results of work after the first year in the UAE. 

Generally the atmosphere was friendly-business. It was easy to find the representatives of NT.Payments by branded shirts with stripes. 

Also our partners from Germany were present at the exhibition. They actively helped to work with visitors! 

Two days of exhibition were very productive. Undoubted interest of visitors, recognition of our brand and interesting offers are the main results of this event!

22nd winner in Abu Dhabi

Dear partners! 

We continue telling you about the winners of “Top up your life with positive!” promotion that’s just finished. Finally our 22nd winner has come back to the city and got his presents! 

38 years old Christopher Sequeira from India has become the owner of another winning combination, of a 50 AED certificate for services available for payment through NT.Payments terminals and branded present set. 

Winning terminal is set up in “Cyclone mobile phones” shop in Abu Dhabi. We congratulate Christopher with the win in the last hours of promotion! We really hope that he’ll further continue to use our terminals to pay for all the necessary services fast and comfortably! 

Also we handed a present basket to Yoset Batha, the shop owner.

Conference in Abu Dhabi

Dear partners! 

It’s exactly one year passed since NT.Payments payment system started its work in the UAE. 

On 18th of October 2014 we met again in the big conference hall of 5 star Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi. 

The name of our meeting upon the results of the year speaks for itself – “NT.Payments payments system – one year of work in the UAE. Absolute leadership as for the number of terminals and quality of service at the market”

It’s unbelievable but true – we’ve succeeded to become the best just in a year, being significantly ahead of the competition! Certainly when we started the work 12 months ago we hoped to get such a result but never the less it was especially pleasant to announce its achievement this time! 

There were about 100 people gathered at the conference – partners, investors, leaders and newcomers, presenters and business trainers, top managers and new employees. Everybody was worrying, preparing and looking forward for this event! 

At exactly 9 o’clock the registration of seminar’s participants began. Specialists from German, English, Kazakh, Arabic and, of course, Russian languages were meeting the guests, answering questions and helping to take places in the conference hall. 

At 10 o’clock the Taunigma international business conference was officially opened. 

If we speak of a general pulsebeat of the meeting it’s possible to describe it just in a word – “inspiration”. The whole long day dedicated only to speeches, talking and presentations would seem boredom ever! But on the contrary the time passed quickly, it was interesting and bright! A wave of optimism, emotions and impressions had exceeded our expectations! People had come from all over the world to celebrate the success and share their hopes for future! 

Arkadiy Kamenev the leader of the work with investors direction, talented presenter with a huge experience in sales, had prepared an updated presentation of Taunigma business in the UAE. The slogan of the presentation has brightly and succinctly formulated the gist of what is now happening to the company – “In step with the time, a step ahead of the bests!”

We really offer the most modern way of payment for services; we’re the best in this direction! 

Arkadiy was followed by Henry Staroste, one of the leading German partners. He started speaking about the market and perspectives of investments from afar, telling about the history of Germany and Germans’ mentality formation. Wars and financial losses made German people very careful and incredulous. It’s hard for them to invest money in business. They would rather prefer a bank as it seems more reliable. And never the less there were a lot of German partners at the conference, a lot of those who trust Taunigma completely and are satisfied with productive cooperation. 

The first part of the conference was closed by Oxana Vishnichenko – the managing director of Taunigma FZE. She had presented the review upon the results of the first year for NT.Payments payment system’s work in the UAE. It was clear from the speech how had the inner structure of the company changed and widened, what perfect results were achieved by partners and how the sales of terminals had grown. 

It’s hard to imagine that all these were done in such a short period of time – one year. But never the less it’s so. Finally Oxana told about plans for future, training system and qualification requirements for agents, and new facilities of back office. 

Communication didn’t stop even for a minute during the break. Guests were sharing the impressions, thoughts, were making payments through the terminal set up directly in the conference hall. They were getting acquainted and asking questions to the company’s representatives. 

There was nobody late after the break as the first speech was expected to be that by a special Arabic guest. Mr. Hamza Jalil Ebrahim, a relative and representative of HRH Sheikh Sakr bin Muhammed bin Zayed Al Nahayan, told about the importance of new technologies for the United Arab Emirates, as well as about the convenience of payments for services and the significance of NT.Payments terminals’ chain development. 

In the end he added that the government of the country is ready to provide any support and help needed. Then he returned to his place followed by thunderous applause of the conference’s guests. 

Coming of the country’s ruling dynasty representative really impressed everybody. But that was not the only one surprise we’d prepared. 

After that Cristiane von Boininghen was invited to the stage. She is an excellent business trainer, specialist of efficient sales and a person well known by German partners because of her perfect webinars. Cristiane was speaking about motivation and belief in your own forces! About how important is not to give up, not to look for excuses, but act! After her story there was wish to live, think, work, make… and do not afraid! This speech really touched everyone! 

In the end of the second seminar’s part the development team’s representative Roman Kvasniy told about how a terminal is arranged. 

And his colleague, Erlan Karsibekov shared information about a new company’s product – mobile application that would significantly increase the income of every partner and widen payments’ opportunities. 

Second coffee-break was longer than the first one so guests had more time for communication and emotions!

In the final third part of the conference Vasiliy Katriy – general manager of Kiosk IT System Trading LLC made a conclusion as for the year work results and told about the new products of the company. 

Mohamed Anzar the representative of NT.Payments payment system in the governmental structures was speaking about the further market penetration strategy and plans of its implementation. 

Finally there was Taunigma and NT.Payments founder Alexandr Chub sharing his vision of payment system’s development perspectives in Emirates. 

In the very end of the evening there were some more pleasant surprises for guests. The first Taunigma promo video was demonstrated to them. 

Immediately after watching we had given the word to Kazakh and German partner structures’ representatives. 

Speech from Kazakhstan was to Kulyash Baimurzina who inspired all the audience with her positive! 

From German representatives there was Waldemar Steiner – one of the leading partners. 

And after that Alexandr Chub, Oxana Vishnichenko, Arkadiy Kamenev and Vasiliy Katriy entered the conference hall wearing national Arabic clothes. 

It’s a sign of great respect for Arabs when people wear their clothes. So there was decided to put them on for the award ceremony of promotion winners. 

All the winners were invited to the stage and could say some words, thank partners and organizers, wish success and prosperity to the company. 

The day finished with gala-banquet, dances, informal communication and delicious dishes! 

Next morning conference’s guests moved for a traditional jeep-safari around the desert, that finished with dinner and dance show. We’re sure that unique oriental flavor of this last group event will long be remembered by everybody! 

We hope that partners have taken excellent mood, inspiration, emotions and confidence in success with them! Be a step ahead the bests with Taunigma!
