Today, employees of the commercial department have much more work. They continue to install NT.Payments terminals and start building a new payment and advertising network based on combo-kiosks.
In order to enhance efficiency of work of the sales specialists, the company’s management decided to conduct a motivational training.
On the event, the employees listened to speeches of heads of departments related to specifics of cooperation with landlords, discussed new products, future plans, and take part in business games.
The first, Ahmed El Ashmouny, the Chief Financial Officer, spoke. He shared ideas of sales improvement and disclosed a secret of negotiating with local landlords. “On the first meeting with a landlord, it is vital not to speak about a bargain but about a product you offer. Make them think about benefits from cooperation with us”, – Ahmed El Ashmouny said.
The Project Manager Elena Khaletskaya presented new services and future plans to connect a wide range of providers. The sales managers should know about all the services of NT.Payments kiosks in order to create a good business offer for a landlord.
Vitaliy Fomin, the Head of the Customer Service Department of Taunigma, recalled why responding to requests from Taunigma is so important. “Each kiosk has an owner – a partner of our company. Our goal is to ensure steady operation of each machine, so that our partners receive the expected revenue”, – Vitaliy says.
Andrii Dyhan, the Head of the Customer Care Department of NT.Payments, highlighted categories of requests, that employees of these departments create every day, in his speech. Communication between these two departments is very important. In this way, the employees obtain the information when a kiosk failure occurs or forward a request to reinstall a terminal at a new location.
Besides, within the scope of the event, Vasyl Katriy, the General Manager of Kiosk IT System Trading LLC, organized and held business games. On this part of training, the employees solved logic tasks, took part in competition for creating the best business proposal, recognized the best sales managers of the month. All the winners were awarded souvenirs.
Vasyl Katriy also recalled that appearance is an important aspect for successful performance of a manager. In order to increase motivation of the sales specialists to wear business clothes, each participant of the event got an essential element of a business suit – a tie.
A team of like-minded people supporting the overall direction is the key to the fruitful work. After summing up the results of training, the employees of the commercial department went to a bowling center to maintain the team spirit.
The company’s management wished every employee to develop and grow, move forward and take leading positions.
The company intends to continue organizing such trainings for other departments. Such communication has a positive influence on the working environment and attitudes of the employees.
