As far as you know, last year the management company achieved ISO certification and demonstrated compliance with the international quality standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
In order to keep the quality management system at a high level, increase efficiency of its functioning and thereby guarantee competitiveness of goods and services provided in the market, we had internal audit.
An internal audit of processes, procedures and technologies is a set of measures aimed at collecting unbiased and accurate data on compliance with them. Its purpose is to estimate potential risks, find the ways of mitigating them, as well as maximize the efficiency of business-processes and adjust them to new environment.
A commission composed of company’s employees was created to perform the check. A checklist containing mandatory processes and operations for each department was developed.
After the audit, responsible persons prepared a report reflecting non-conformances and corrective actions to eliminate them for each department of the company.
The internal audit helped us to detect strengths and weaknesses of the company’s operation and identify the areas for improving performance. The check made it possible for us to look at business processes from a new angle and forge a strategy for further improvement.
